Heredades is situated just 5 minutes from the bustling town of Almoradi with its famous street market every Saturday morning and just 3 minutes from Formentera del Segura and 4 minutes to Rojales where you can find all of your needs including a busy night life at the weekend. Benimar and Benijofa is also 5 minutes away, which has a large expat community with bars and restaurants.

It is 25 minutes drive from the tourist centre of Torrevieja, which has a good nightlife with numerous cosmopolitan restaurants and bars. The lovely beaches of Guardamar with their dunes, where you can relax in the sun or enjoy numerous water sports in their clear waters, are also about 15 minutes drive.

The area has a privileged location for those who enjoy playing golf: La Finca Algorfa Club and La Marquesa are appx 10 minutes drive, Villamartin and Las Ramblas Golf Clubs are all within 25 minutes drive.

Heredades is south of the cosmopolitan capital ALICANTE, a beautiful city full of history and wonderful architecture.

There are two airports, the closest being Alicante airport just 30 minutes drive, and Murcia International airport, approximately 50 minutes drive from Las Heredades.

Heredades, a very traditional Spanish village, which has quietly kept itself away from the hustle and bustle of tourist resorts. Next to the towns of Almoradi and Formentera del Segura / Rojales, with all of its essential services and facilities to make your stay comfortable. That said, there are a number of expats living in the village.
